Mr. Richmond offers over 15 years of extensive experience in the fields of recruitment, talent acquisition and human resources. He founded NAFOR in 2002, based on a market need for a thorough and exhaustive search process that delivers quality results at a fair price. He has successfully completed a multitude of senior-level and mid-level recruiting assignments for a cross-section of organizations, large and small, often with diverse and complex requirements. Prior to founding NAFOR, Jeff was Director, Human Resources at The Equicom Group a leading provider of investor relations and corporate communications services for Canadian public companies. In this critical role, within a rapidly growing organization, he led the hiring and development of a team of talented staff who have stood the test of time. Jeff also spent time, previous to this role as an associate recruiter at a niche boutique recruitment firm where he introduced new methodologies and processes which were responsible for large improvements in quality of work, completion of searches, customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies. Before entering the recruitment industry in 1999, Jeff worked for State Street Bank, a world leader in financial services as well as two mutual fund companies in Toronto.
