Mr. Richmond offers over 15 years of extensive experience in the fields of recruitment, talent acquisition and human resources. He founded NAFOR in 2002, based on a market need for a thorough and exhaustive search process that delivers quality results at a fair price. He has successfully completed a multitude of senior-level and mid-level recruiting assignments for a cross-section of organizations, large and small, often with diverse and complex requirements. Recent clients include: The City of Toronto, Oxford Properties, RioCan REIT, SmartREIT, the TMX Group and many others.

Before becoming a recruiter Jeff held positions of responsibility in a wide range of functional areas including accounting, marketing, operations, sales, IT and human resources which makes him uniquely qualified to interview candidates with varying backgrounds from a wide range of industry sectors and backgrounds.

Before entering the recruitment industry in 1999, Jeff worked for State Street Bank, a world leader in financial services as well as two mutual fund companies in Toronto.
