Peggy has an extensive background in sales and sales management both in the media world and the direct sales industry. She led a team of over 2,000 sales entrepreneurs and traveled the country training and inspiring them for success by teaching them the value of effective communication. She has been a television show host and a radio show host. She has held senior leadership positions in both corporate and non-profit environments and has an extensive background in corporate training.
In Peggy’s book, “10 Feet from the Edge: Stuck in the Comfort Zone” (available on Amazon), she shares lessons on how SHIFTING our attitudes, making better choices, OVERCOMING fears and eliminating negative BELIEFS can move us from stuck to living with PURPOSE, PASSION and POSSIBILITY both in life and business.
Peggy passionately serves her local business & military community in many leadership capacities including the Emerald Coast Chapter of American Business Women’s Association, Building Homes for Heroes, and the Emerald Coast Chapter of Association for Talent Development. She also trains for the Costa Leadership Institute at Northwest Florida State College. She is a former Chair of the Board of the Greater Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce and the annual Peggy Brockman Leadership Award was established in her honor by Leadership Okaloosa in 2005. She has also served as an Honorary Commander for the 33rd Fighter Wing at Eglin Air Force Base and the 1st Special Ops Group and Hurlburt Field. Peggy and her husband Bill live in Ft. Walton Beach, FL. They have five beautiful daughters and eight amazing grandchildren around the country.
